Do you have a color chart?

I do not have a color chart, but I do have every color imaginable! Please let me know what you would like and I will match it.

If I do not tell you what colors I want for the embroidery what will you do?

I will do the embroidery in the same colors that are shown in the first picture of the listing.

I received my handkerchief but there is a mistake on it. What can you do?

If I made the mistake, I will send out a corrected handkerchief right away at no charge to you.

If it is sewn incorrectly as a result of incomplete or incorrect information that you provided than it will be up to you to purchase again in order to receive a corrected one.

What info do you need to complete my order?

I need the following info for each handkerchief given to me either at checkout or in the Etsy messages,

1. How you address your Family Member or Friend
2. How you would like to sign your handkerchief. Example: Love, I Love You, Love Always.
3. Your name or nickname
4. Your wedding date
5. Your Color choices for the lettering and design
6. Your Personalized saying, 30 words or less

Do you send proofs?

I cannot send proofs. Therefore it is important that when creating your personalized sayings to please be mindful of spelling, punctuation and grammar.

The tracking says it was delivered but I never received it. What can you do?

I will gladly remake your order for half price.

What if I leave you incomplete instructions?

I will message you for the info upon discovery asking for the missing info.

What if I give you just my name and date in the add a notes to seller box at checkout?

I will assume that you want it done just like the picture except with you name and date.
